Ecommerce growth and systems lead
I turn messy workflows into usable products, connect the tools around them, and stay through delivery. Founder of Bassline Labs. DJ Ramen after hours.
I built connected production workflows for AI UGC, clipping, Reddit content, and static ads, with shared review and scheduling.
Explore the case studyI built a Slack-based workflow that recorded decisions, checked open items, and made follow-up visible.

Read the interviewMusic & communityI run my agent fleet through a Chief of Staff. I bring it the goal; it works out which specialist belongs on the job and coordinates the work.
Its remit includes the team itself: create and manage agents, improve their skills, retire agents that no longer fit, and recommend a new specialist when the existing fleet is missing one.
One conversation. Context, routing, and follow-through.
Results and feedback return to the Chief of Staff.
The question I keep coming back to: does this give the operator more clarity, control, or capacity?
My north star: net operator hours recovered per week, with quality intact.
Measure useful work and net time recovered. Agents should contribute to a business outcome, not just produce more activity.
Research, filter, prioritize, and recommend. One strong recommendation is more useful than ten options to sort through.
The operator should not have to manage individual agents. One interface coordinates the fleet and surfaces what matters.
Agents prepare the work. People make consequential decisions. Show the exact action, context, and recommendation, with an easy way to approve or correct it.
Respect how the operator already works. Prepare mornings, protect focus time, batch decisions, and handle the follow-through.
Every job needs a clear status, owner, and result. Surface failures, missing information, and uncertainty. Never pretend work is complete.
Generating an output is only part of the job. Verify the result, record it, and handle the next step. Unfinished work should stay visible.
Make one workflow reliable before expanding. Improve it through corrections, real usage, and measured results.
Use recovered capacity to help the business grow: creating demand, accelerating sales, improving conversion, or retaining customers.
This is one example of my fleet in practice: the content production system I built into a SaaS product with my team at Unblocked. Specialists carry a brief through creation, review, and delivery. I stay responsible for the released result.

BTO Collective, San Francisco. Photo: Aperture Live / Alex Hong.I grew up in the Philippines, moved to Southern California at nine, and started building communities long before I had a job title.
These days, that shows up in the company I’m building, the things I share through Ramennodes, and the music I play with BTO Collective.
